Do you know of any small-mid size companies around 250-1500 people? Perhaps the one you work at or a friend or family member works at?

I want to find a good fit for a direct investment of $50M-$150M USD. I can provide strategic government, institutional, and private relationships thereby establishing the ideal environment for international expansion into Asia.

Here are the criteria:

• Strong innovative content/IP/Defensible patents
• Company valuation less than $500MUSD
• US Based, $35M+ in revenues

Specifically I am looking for a company with an innovative technology that enhances productivity in a broad range of sectors, not limited to but including:

1. Alternative & Renewable Energy, Urban solutions, Agribusiness, Consumer Discretionary, Healthcare & Wellness, Biomedical, Education, Logistics & Transportation, & Technology.
2. Example 1: Parts manufacturer for those little baggage and airport cars that drag around luggage or push back planes from their gates.
3. Example 2: Producer of compact off-grid fuel cell solutions with IP rights to highly-sophisticated optimization software and refill technology.
4. Example 3: Provider of alternative waste management solutions to WM companies, owns patented technology to process unsorted recyclables (glass, metals), energy (biogas), and organic fertilizer.
5. Example 4: Producer of animal & plant feed based on algae with patented production process. Feed increases animal health, reduces chemical antibiotics and cost to produce.
