The D.C. Circuit entered an order, a copy of which is attached to this e-mail message, that kind of got lost in this week's drama.

Contemplating that that the Institutional Plaintiffs and the Class Plaintiffs will request a rehearing before the full court, the court will withhold transmission of its decision to Judge Lamberth until seven days following the D.C. Circuit's disposition of a timely rehearing petition.  Weeks will pass before any activity occurs in Judge Lamberth's courtroom.14-5243-1662092
