Chief Judge Reade has summoned the parties in Saxton v. FHFA to a hearing starting at 8:00 a.m. on Thurs., Mar. 23, 2017, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for a 3-1/2 hours of oral argument on FHFA and Treasury's motions to dismiss.  A copy of Chief Judge Reade's order scheduling this event is attached to this e-mail message.15-00047-0097

One correction: Judge Reade is no longer the Chief Judge in the Northern District of Iowa.  She was displaced by Chief Judge Strand in that administrative role in the past couple of months.  Judge Reade will convene and preside over the hearing on Thurs., Mar. 23.
