Assistant U.S. Attorney Alex Hartzler filed a notice today indicating that he is replacing AUSA Lidow in Roberts v. FHFA pending before Judge Chang in Chicago, and a copy of that notice is attached to this e-mail message.16-02107-0067

The Fourth Circuit granted Mr. Pagliara's request for more time to file his opening brief.  As a result:

(A) Feb. 16 is the deadline for Mr. Pagliara to file his Opening Brief and an Appendix;

(B) Mar. 23 is the deadline for Freddie Mac and FHFA to file their Responses; and

(C) Apr. 6 is the outside deadline for Mr. Pagliara to file a Reply.
