Professional Network
How One Introduction Built a Consulting Practice
David Bingham introduced Glen to Danny Watts. Danny placed Glen at Mobilization Funding.
One phone call. One referral. An entire consulting pipeline.
The Chain
Four entities. One pipeline. Built entirely on trust.
How My Network Works
The philosophy behind every recommendation on this page.
Give First, Ask Second
Every relationship in this network started with someone giving before they asked for anything in return. David Bingham didn't ask for a commission when he introduced me to Danny Watts. Danny didn't charge me a fee to make the connection to Mobilization Funding. The best professional relationships begin with generosity — a willingness to create value for someone else without keeping score. That's the foundation everything else is built on.
Recommend Generously
When someone in my network does great work, I tell everyone I know. Not because I get a referral fee — because great work deserves to be recognized. Welch Olsen handles my taxes beautifully, so I send them every entrepreneur I meet who needs a CPA. Mobilization Funding serves contractors with integrity, so I recommend them to everyone in construction. Generosity in recommendations creates a flywheel: the more you send, the more comes back.
Only Work With People You'd Recommend to Your Mother
This is the filter. Every person on this page is someone I would personally recommend to my own family. Not because they're perfect — because they operate with integrity, they deliver what they promise, and they treat people right. If I wouldn't trust them with my mother's taxes, her legal work, or her business needs, they don't belong in this network. It's a high bar, and that's the point.
When My Network Succeeds, Everyone Wins
This page exists to help every person listed here get more clients, more visibility, and more recognition for the excellent work they do. When Dan Marti grows Corcoran Logistics, that strengthens the chain. When Welch Olsen gets a new client through this page, that strengthens our relationship. When Mobilization Funding funds another subcontractor, the entire construction ecosystem benefits. Paying it forward isn't charity — it's how networks compound.
“The best things in my career have come from people I already knew trusting me enough to make an introduction. Not from applications. Not from recruiters. From relationships.”
— Glen Bradford
Partner Spotlights
These are real people Glen works with and trusts. Here's why — and what kind of work to send their way.
Nimba Solutions
David is the origin point of my most important professional relationship chain. He founded Nimba Solutions and built nimba.dev — a no-code Salesforce DevOps platform that strips away the complexity that has plagued Salesforce deployments for years. His client list already includes NASA, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the EPA, Vistaprint, Lucidchart, and Tilray Brands. When agencies that launch satellites trust your platform, you’ve built something real. David didn’t just give me a contact — he opened a door to an entire ecosystem. He saw an opportunity to connect two people who could help each other, and he made the call. That’s what connectors do: they create value for other people without keeping score. And about the name — my company is called Cloud Nimbus LLC. David’s company is called Nimba. That’s not a coincidence. His influence on my career runs deep enough that it shows up on my business cards.
Send Them Work
If you need Salesforce DevOps tooling, dedicated admin support, or a no-code deployment platform, talk to David. If you’re tired of writing YAML files and configuring CI/CD pipelines just to push a field change, Nimba was built for you.
At Large (ATLARGE)
Danny Watts runs At Large, a branding and transformation firm in Sarasota, Florida that has been reshaping brands and elevating communities for nearly 20 years. Their client list reads like a who’s who of global entertainment: Monster Jam, Harlem Globetrotters, Disney on Ice, IMG Academy, and Petco. But what makes Danny exceptional isn’t the size of his clients — it’s his ability to see connections that other people miss. Danny looked at a Salesforce developer and a construction financing company and saw a perfect match. That pattern recognition is rare. Most staffing firms match keywords on resumes. Danny matches people, cultures, and business needs. He placed me at Mobilization Funding and continues to manage the relationship. At Large doesn’t just build brands — they build networks that create real business outcomes.
Send Them Work
If you need brand transformation, community elevation, staffing for creative or technical roles, or someone who understands both the creative vision and the operational reality of growing a business, At Large is the firm. Based at 513 Central Avenue, Sarasota, FL.
Construction Financing — Tampa, FL
Mobilization Funding is the construction financing company that funds direct labor and materials for subcontractors and manufacturers. Most lenders treat contractors like any other small business — generic credit lines, generic terms. Mobilization Funding is built for how construction actually works. They fund the execution of projects, not just invoices. I built their Salesforce system through Cloud Nimbus LLC and I’ve seen how they operate from the inside. Their business runs on weekly cycles — and that’s not an accident, it’s a philosophy. Weekly is the smallest unit of time where real business patterns emerge in construction. Their loan program, their check-ins, their reporting — everything operates on the weekly rhythm. Companies like DUX Commercial, Intellisteel, Ammons Commercial Roofing, and Dead Calm Seas Marine Services have all grown with Mobilization Funding backing their expansion.
Send Them Work
If you’re a subcontractor or manufacturer growing faster than your cash flow can keep up, talk to Mobilization Funding. They understand retainage, project timelines, and the realities of construction cash flow. Tell them Glen sent you.
CPA Firm — Lehi, Utah
Daniel Welch and Paul Olsen both came from PricewaterhouseCoopers — one of the largest accounting firms on the planet — and walked away in June 2020 to build a firm that actually treats clients like people. They handle my personal taxes and the books for Cloud Nimbus LLC. I trust them completely. Daniel brings deep technical tax expertise from PwC Dallas, specializing in international tax planning. Paul played collegiate football at BYU and has a talent for making accounting approachable. Together, they bring Big Four rigor without the Big Four bureaucracy. No layers of associates and managers between you and the person doing the work. You talk to Daniel. You talk to Paul. They know your situation. Their services range from tax preparation starting at $1,500 to CFO+ packages for businesses building real finance departments.
Send Them Work
If you run a business and need a CPA who actually understands what you’re building, call Daniel and Paul at (801) 252-5119 or visit welcholsen.com. Tax planning, bookkeeping, payroll, and CFO services. Tell them Glen sent you.
Consider It Solved — Fort Wayne & Marion, IN
Christen Souers LLC operates under the tagline “Consider It Solved” — and that’s not marketing fluff, it’s how they operate. This Indiana-based CPA firm offers tax preparation, Virtual CFO services, payroll processing, and strategic business advisory. They’re AICPA members, Indiana CPA Society members, and NACVA certified. Two offices in Fort Wayne and Marion serve small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals across Indiana. I was connected to this firm through a chain of trust that starts at Purdue: Dan Marti introduced me to Todd Hamilton, who introduced me to Tom Danford, whose accounting practice was acquired by Christen Souers LLC. What I respect about this firm is their commitment to actually removing the financial burden from business owners. They run a modern tech stack — QuickBooks, Bill.com, Thomson Reuters — and keep their service lines focused.
Send Them Work
If you’re a small business owner or entrepreneur in Indiana looking for a CPA firm that solves problems instead of creating dependency, reach out to Christen Souers LLC at advice@consideritsolved.com or (260) 484-0653. Tell them Glen sent you.
Corcoran Logistics — Westfield, Indiana
Dan Marti is General Manager and Director of Account Management at Corcoran Logistics, a freight brokerage and logistics company where he’s held multiple leadership roles over six-plus years. Dan and I were at Purdue at the same time — 2005 to 2009. He graduated with a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in Organizational Leadership. What I’ve always respected about Dan is that he doesn’t sit still. He’s gone from Enterprise Rent-A-Car to national sales at Quality Companies to running a branch at Corcoran Logistics to starting his own excavation business (Tiny Excavators LLC) to coming back as General Manager. Most people pick one lane. Dan picks the lane that needs him. Dan is the first link in my Indiana connection chain — the introduction that led to Todd Hamilton, Tom Danford, and ultimately Consider It Solved.
Send Them Work
If you need freight brokerage, logistics management, or a reliable partner for your supply chain, Dan is the person to call. He’s been delivering in logistics for over a decade. If you need someone you can rely on, Dan makes it happen, all the time, every time.
Hamilton Land Holdings LLC — Angola, Indiana
Todd Hamilton is the owner and operator of Hamilton Land Holdings LLC, managing farmland in Indiana and Illinois plus a timber business in central Maine with solar farm development. Todd’s career spans 15 years in commercial lending, seven years running an Edward Jones office in Angola where he became a limited partner, and founding Hamilton Capital — a hedge fund focused on financial services that he closed at the end of 2007, before the financial crisis hit. That’s not luck. That’s reading the tape. Todd holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Economics from Purdue. He’s the kind of person who has been through every cycle. When he tells you something about farmland, finance, or business operations, you listen. Todd introduced me to Tom Danford, continuing the chain of trust that defines my Indiana network.
Send Them Work
If you’re interested in farmland investment, timber operations, solar farm development, or agricultural economics in Indiana and Illinois, Todd has four decades of experience operating real assets. He understands land, finance, and business at a level that only comes from doing it yourself.
Connection Map
How the network connects. Trust travels through people, not platforms.
The Consulting Pipeline
One introduction → entire consulting practice
David at Nimba Solutions connected Glen to Danny Watts at At Large in Sarasota. Danny placed Glen at Mobilization Funding in Tampa for Salesforce development through Cloud Nimbus LLC. One phone call created an entire consulting practice.
The Indiana Network
Purdue connections → CPA firm
Dan Marti (Purdue '09, Corcoran Logistics) introduced Glen to Todd Hamilton (Hamilton Land Holdings, Angola, IN). Todd introduced Glen to Tom Danford, whose accounting practice was acquired by Christen Souers LLC (Consider It Solved). One Purdue connection created an entire chain of professional relationships across Indiana.
The Financial Backbone
Two CPA firms Glen trusts with his own money
Welch Olsen LLP in Lehi, Utah handles Glen's personal taxes and Cloud Nimbus LLC books. Two ex-PwC CPAs who left Big Four to build something better. Christen Souers LLC in Fort Wayne and Marion, Indiana serves small businesses and entrepreneurs with tax, Virtual CFO, payroll, and strategic advisory.
The Philosophy
Why this works better than anything else.
Relationships over job boards
The best consulting work comes through people who know your work. Not through applications, not through recruiters who don't understand what you build. Through someone who has seen you deliver and trusts you enough to put their name behind the introduction.
One strong connection beats 100 LinkedIn applications
David Bingham made one introduction. That introduction led to Danny Watts. Danny placed Glen at Mobilization Funding. One chain of trust created an entire consulting practice. No job board in the world can replicate that.
Build something great and the network builds itself
Delivery Hub. 85 production releases. 90%+ test coverage. When you build things that actually work, people notice. They tell other people. The best marketing is shipping real software that solves real problems.
The weekly rhythm
Real business relationships operate on trust built over weeks and months, not hours and days. You can't evaluate a consultant in an hour-long interview. You can't build trust in a day. But over weeks of shipping production code, the relationship proves itself. That's how Mobilization Funding operates, and it's how every serious professional partnership should work.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about Glen's professional network.
What is Glen Bradford’s professional network?
Glen Bradford’s professional network is a trust-based group of people and companies he works with and recommends by name. It includes Salesforce consultants, CPA firms, construction financing companies, branding agencies, logistics operators, and farmland managers. Every person in the network is someone Glen has worked with personally and would recommend to his own family.
How does Glen Bradford choose who to include in his network?
Glen only includes people he has personally worked with and trusts enough to recommend to his mother. There are no paid placements or sponsorships. Every recommendation is based on direct experience, demonstrated competence, and a track record of treating clients right. If Glen wouldn’t send his own business their way, they’re not in the network.
How did one introduction build an entire consulting practice?
David Bradford Bingham at Nimba Solutions introduced Glen to Danny Watts at At Large in Sarasota, FL. Danny placed Glen at Mobilization Funding in Tampa for Salesforce development work through Cloud Nimbus LLC. That single chain of trust — David to Danny to Mobilization Funding — created the backbone of Glen’s consulting practice. No job board, no recruiter, no LinkedIn application. Just one person trusting another person enough to make an introduction.
Can I join Glen Bradford’s professional network?
Yes. If you’re a professional who delivers excellent work and treats clients with integrity, Glen is always open to meeting new people. The best way to start is by emailing glen@cloudnimbusllc.com with a brief introduction about who you are, what you do, and what kind of work you’re looking for. Glen’s philosophy is give first, ask second — so the best introductions start with what you can offer, not what you need.
What industries does Glen Bradford’s network cover?
The network spans Salesforce consulting and DevOps, construction lending and financing, accounting and CPA services, branding and transformation, freight and logistics, farmland and timber operations, staffing and talent placement, and SaaS product development. The common thread is trust — every person in the network operates with integrity and delivers results.
Want to work together?
The best consulting engagements start with a conversation, not an application. If you have Salesforce work that needs to ship fast, let's talk.
