Our government is resisting paying Fariholme's expenses to prosecute its motion to compel.  In a reply filed today, Fairholme tells Judge Sweeney that withholding documents from Fairholme was substantially justified and the amount Fairholme seeks far exceeds the range of reason.  A copy of our government's reply is attached to this e-mail message.13-465-0368
