The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit received and docketed Owl Creek's appeal yesterday and assigned Case No. 20-1934 to the proceeding.  Owl Creek's opening brief is due by Aug. 28, 2020.

Arrowood filed its notice of appeal yesterday indicating it will ask the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to review Chief Judge Sweeney's decision to grant the goverment's motion to dismiss.  A copy of Arrowood's notice is attached to this e-mail message.
