The last sentence appearing on the first page of the government's response contained a typographical error, the government thought it appropriate to deliver a corrected response to Chief Judge Sweeney, and a copy of the corrected response is attached to this e-mail message.  The original filing said the Fairholme and Owl Creek plaintiffs are the same.  The government intended to say both plaintiff groups raise the same claims.
