Chief Judge Sweeney blessed Fairholme's proposal to streamline briefing in opposition to the government's omnibus motion to dismiss. Fairholme, the Rafter Plaintiffs, the Cacciapalle Plaintiffs, Messrs. Fisher and Reid, and Arrowood will file one 75-page brief tomorrow addressing matters of concern to the group and each shareholder-plaintiff will file separate 15-page briefs addressing their individual concerns.
