Fairholme, the Fisher Plaintiffs, the Rafter Plaintiffs, the Reid Plaintiffs and Washington Federal filed amended complaints in the Court of Federal Claims yesterday.  Because those documents make reference to confidential discovery materials, these amended complaints were filed under seal.  Redacted copies of the amended complaints should be publicly filed in the coming weeks in accordance with Judge Sweeney's second amended protective order (Doc. 256).
