16-cv-03113-0039 The Collins Plaintiffs want to file one consolidated brief on Mar. 20 in support of their motion for summary judgment asking Judge Atlas to rule that FHFA is unconstitutional, and opposing FHFA's cross-motion for summary judgment asking Judge Atlas to rule that the agency is constitutionally organized.  The parties tell Judge Atlas they all think this one-week delay and paper conservation effort is good and ask her to bless the arrangement.  A copy of today's filing is attached to this e-mail message.
