The lawyers representing the Class Plaintiffs filed their application this afternoon to obtain access to the confidential discovery materials lodged by Fairholme in Perry v. Lew pending before the D.C. Circuit. A copy of the application is attached to this e-mail message. According to the application, the government objects to the Class Plaintiffs' request. 13-465-0268
