"Very well written. Points out that government lied (repeatedly) in its opposition briefs on the supplemental record. I particularly like the part where they call out the fact that the government obfuscated the administrative record and then wrote:

It requires no small amount of audacity for Treasury to describe Plaintiffs’ evidence as “a selective sliver of untested discovery materials.” Treas. Opp. 2. "
