Ms. Robinson -- in concert with the government and without objection by Fairholme -- has advised Judge Sweeney that:

-- the United States, FHFA, Fannie, Freddie, Grant Thornton, PwC and Deloitte will let Ms. Robinson know by Mon., May 16, 2016, if they consent to unsealing the documents Ms. Robinson wants;

-- in the event those entities don't consent, they will file their responses to Ms. Robinson's request no later than Thurs., May 19, 2016; and

-- Ms. Robinson will file her reply no later than Fri., May 20, 2016.
