Chief Judge Elaine Kaplan in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims entered a series of orders today reassigning all of the lawsuits challenging the government's behavior in Fannie and Freddie's conservatorship proceedings to Judge Sweeney (who elected to continue on senior status following her retirement). This includes all of the cases the Federal Circuit reviewed and remanded to the Court of Federal Claims and Josh Angel's suit that's been on hold while the Federal Circuit deliberated. Copies of the orders entered in Fairholme and Angel are attached to this e-mail message.
