Judge Lamberth entered an order this afternoon giving Treasury until June 22 to respond to the sealed discovery request Fairholme filed on May 26, and a copy of that order is attached to this e-mail message.

Additionally, Judge Lamberth has scheduled a status conference to discuss with the parties how they wish to proceed in light of the Collins decision the High Court will release in a matter of days or weeks.
