The parties have proposed this modified briefing schedule to Judge Alejandro today:
— FHFA and Treasury will file their replies in support of their motions to dismiss on or before Feb. 15, 2019; and
— Wazee will file its reply in support of its motion for summary judgment on or before Mar. 15, 2019;
and a copy of the proposal is attached to this e-mail message.
