FHFA and Treasury ask Judge Atlas to extend their deadline to file their replies in support of their motions to dismiss to Feb. 27, 2017, and a copy of that request is attached to this e-mail message.  FHFA and Treasury tell Judge Atlas that the Collins Plaintiffs don’t object to that extension.16-cv-03113-0030

 

The Clerk for the Federal Circuit made a notation on the docket sheet in Mr. Sammons’ appellate proceeding today, saying:

indicating that the Court does not wish to entertain oral argument concerning Mr. Sammons’ appeal concerning the unconstitutionality of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims based on what’s before it at this time.
