Ms. Robinson filed her Corporate Disclosure Statement (Doc. 15) yesterday confirming that she’s not affiliated with any public corporation.
The Sixth Circuit sent the lawyers a letter (Doc. 16) today directing:
— Ms. Robinson to file her principal brief by Jan. 11;
— FHFA and Treasury to file their principal briefs by Feb. 10;
— Ms. Robinson to file her reply brief by about Feb. 24;
