FHFA delivered its Reply in support of its substitution request to Judge Scola yesterday, and a copy is attached to this e-mail message. While the substitution request is now fully briefed, it won’t be considered until mid-October at the earliest as Judge Scola has indicated he will rule on the Shareholders’ Remand request first, and briefing about that topic won’t be completed until Oct. 12.
