The JPMDL entered its Order this morning denying FHFA’s move to consolidate and transfer, and a copy of that Order is attached to this e-mail message. I do not believe there is a right of appeal from an MDL Panel decision. As a result, each of the federal judges will pick up with their respective cases right where they left off.
