Ms. Robinson advised the JPMDL yesterday that Judge Thapur in Kentucky has indicated he’s: (A) ready to rule on the government’s motions to dismiss pending in his court if Ms. Robinson’s case is not transferred; and (B) happy to oversee the consolidated litigation if the MDL Panel so chooses.
