The Roberts Plaintiffs direct Judge Chang’s attention to the words FHFA used when the regulatory agency opposed the transfer and consolidation of a bunch of cases concerning real estate transfer taxes in 2012, for the proposition that FHFA’s request that the JPMDL transfer and consolidate isn’t a sure thing.
