Fairholme filed its Reply Brief (Doc. 1597013) Tuesday as well, and the Clerk for the D.C. Circuit docketed it this afternoon.  The filing is sealed because it refers to confidential discovery material.

The last time Fairholme filed a document under seal in the D.C. Circuit, a redacted version followed about 20 days later.  Hopefully that’ll happen this time too.
