Magistrate Atkins entered an order this afternoon granting Ms. Robinson’s motion to file her amended complaint under seal, and a copy of that order is attached to this e-mail message.
In accordance with Magistrate Atkins’ order, the Clerk docketed Ms. Robinson’s Amended Complaint this afternoon and placed the document under seal.
Subject to requests for additional time, we should anticipate seeing FHFA and Treasury’s responses to Ms. Robinson’s Amended Complaint in mid-January, and we can predict those responses will be motions to dismiss.15-00109-0016
