Ms. Robinson’s lawyers filed a Reply this morning telling Judge Sweeney that the Government has failed to explain how the Saxton Plaintiffs differ from Ms. Robinson and, accordingly, Ms. Robinson should be granted equal access to the documents Fairholme has provided to the Saxton Plaintiffs’ attorneys.
